Our story

About Sit Happens

Good rooms start with a great seat. Sit Happens is an independent furniture business focused on sectionals, side tables and living room accessories that help you make yourself at home.

A Room-First Approach

We want to make it easier to choose pieces that work together, understand their dimensions and plan a room around the way you actually live. Start with your sectional, then consider the tables and finishing touches around it.

Building Something More Comfortable

Our plans include coordinated room imagery, room-photo previews and a directory of professionals for assembly, moving and painting. We are also exploring free-shipping options, simpler returns, furniture protection and longer-term financing. These features and partnerships are not yet available or guaranteed.

Before You Order

Review each product’s available specifications and our current shipping and return policies. Measure your room, doorways and delivery route so you can choose with more confidence.
